So much about Mobile Me.

Missione

Problema
Impossibile completare la missione per l'errore: Couldn't reach the MobileMe configuration server.

Effetti Collaterali
serie infinita di invocazioni al Dio Anubi.

Soluzione passo Passo
1. Chiudete iWeb.
2. Aprite System Preferences, fate clic sull'icona Mobile Me.
3. fate clic sul pulsante Sign Out.
5. Autenticatevi nuovamente utilizzando il vostro account e password.

Oggetto: Dispute-concerning the intellectual property rights in China

(Please forward this to your CEO, because this is urgent.Thanks.)

Dear CEO,

We are the auditing department for PX-DNR Network Information CO. LTD, The professional domain name registration and dispute solution organization in China. On February 3, 2010, we received an online registration application for "rossoforense" as their network brand and
"rossoforense.asia
rossoforense.cn
rossoforense.com
rossoforense.cn
rossoforense.tw
rossoforense.hk
rossoforense.in
rossoforense.tw "
as their domain names from one company which called "HUD Investment Corp". However, after our audit department checking, we found this is conflict with your company's domain name and trade name.

According to the registration principle in China, we will audit every application of our customer in order to avoid the conflict of the intellectual property. You are the original trademark owner, so I am sending you this E-mail to check if you object to their application and need to protect your brand in China. Our time limit for dissent application is 7 workdays, so please contact us by E-mail or phone as soon as possible.

Best Regards,

Linda Guo

A naso direi : SOLDI.

Subject: [*SPAM*] Re: keep quiet all the time

Dear Miss/Sir

I am very sorry that you handle this matter with such attitude. I can’t contact you for such a long time. I also don’t know where is the key problem is.I just want to help you protect intellectual property right instead of you would do as what I said to you. You own the preferential right to register these domain names, but it does not mean it belongs to you. If you think they are not important for you, you can abandon and we will register for Universe Limited Company.Once Universe Limited Company apply successfully, the possess right of these domain names belongs to Universe Limited Company not yours. That means you will lose the market in these domains. It becomes the key point of why the global domain names becomes so important. For it affects whether a company brand can exist or not.If you think we are helping you, pls contact us asap for the dispute time is almost at its end. Pls tell us your decision so that we can handle the next step.

Best Regards,

Now they are attempting to threaten with legal action when I ignored their emails…

Dear Jason,

we have already finished the registration for you, but now you don’t want to pay,I feel very angry. We have dealt with lots of clients like you and never worry about this. I have forwarded this matter to our legal department, you will receive the court summons soon. We will use the application form with your signature and the conversations to prosecute. I think the prosecute costs won’t be less than the registration fees. What’s more, we will put our action on Google and will screen your asia market to let all of the world people know your company. at the same time, we are selling these domains on the website http://www.domainpricing.com.I believe there must be many people would like to pay for these domains.
